Happy to report that Sunshine Seafood Restaurant has re-opened after renovation. At 27 Division Street is the best authentic Banquet style dim sum restaurant in Chinatown. This place succeeds without any p.r., press, advertising or crowd sourced nonsense. None of the others compare, either in atmosphere, quality, cleanliness or service. The place is always bustling with Chinese families in celebration, the dim sum carts are plentiful, the varieties endless, the price points low. They are also a fine option at dinnertime, especially excellent are their Cantonese Classics including fresh seafood and shellfish options. It is always a joy and a comfort to come here.

I been here for dinner and dim sum. Never disappointed. Flavor is great and to salty. Always friendly and attentive. They have dinner specials to pick from and if you have a large party they can accomendate.

Just opened and everything looks super fancy and clean. They recently changed the interior. I went here for dim sum and dinner with big family. They give big portions which is very nice. Would come back again considering how the service and food was great.

First time here, very busy, about 99% customers is chinese we have dim sum and ordered food for dinner, food was good and the portions of the takeout is huge ,with lunch and dinner including tips we spent $43.50. USD (cash only restaurant), not the best chinese food that I had, for the price and sizes of the portion this is the place in Chinatown for Cantonese food. ( Is two of us for dim sum, takeout dinner is for three people)
